The U:M Private Wirtschaftsuniversität is a new semi-virtual educational institution in Seekirchen am Wallersee. The high standard of the semi-virtual educational Bachelor of Science (BSc.) and Master of Science (MSc.) programs in Business Administration, Sport Management and Business Psychology supports our claim of quality education. At this time in Austria our semi-virtual educational concept is unique and makes it possible to actually be employed. The instructors combine current scientific knowledge with a strong focus of applied research. The focus of our semi-virtual educational concept is to combine the advantages of both distance and onsite programs of study, thereby including the freedom and flexibility of online programs with the opportunities for face-to-face and in-depth contact of onsite programs. Students come to Seekirchen three times each semester for one week at a time to participate in coursework and complete exams. During the time in between, students use the internet and our learning platform to study online. Coursework can be completed from the comfort of home. Furthermore, students can communicate with instructors and professors at any time without being limited to short office hours.
