 However, successful managers must recognize the individuality of their staffs,understanding both how to support and to challenge them. Therefore, for us, education is the simultaneous advance offormal qualifications, competences and personality.

This triad is the core mission of PEF Privatuniversität für Management, which was accredited in 2002 and reaccredited for a further five years in April 2007,by the Austrian Accreditation Council and the Austrian Federal Ministry of Science and Research.

PEF focuses on part-time postgraduate programmes for students who are either or already working in management or as specialists, with several years professional experience and who enjoy learning in a work-related environment.  

PEF teaches three study programmes:

• MBA Intra- and Entrepreneurship (FIBAA),

• MSc in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development (FIBAA),

• MSc in Construction Management

Or faculty maintains the highest standards and, accordingly, our professors and lectures have extensive practical experience as well as being highly qualified academically.
